The ‘Activity’ tab provides a chronological record of configuration, access, and safety-related actions taken within a subaccount.
It is used by Owners and Admins to review changes, investigate specific events, and understand how a subaccount’s setup has evolved over time. Activity can be filtered by action type or member, making it easy to focus on a specific review or incident.
Where to Find and Read Activity
Activity is available from the dedicated page of each subaccount.
To access it:
Each entry shows what action occurred, who initiated it (member or API key), and when it occurred. Additional contextual details are available in each entry's dropdown.
Entries are ordered chronologically and reflect actions as they happened.
What Is Recorded
The Activity log records governance and safety events related to a subaccount.
This includes:
- Changes to the subaccount’s permissions, limits, and risk settings
- Member invitations, removals, and role updates
- API key creation, modification, and deletion
- Automatic or manual safety controls being triggered or cleared
These entries provide a complete history of how access, controls, and safeguards have been configured over time.
Audit Log Roadmap
The Activity log currently focuses on governance, access, and safety-related actions within a subaccount.
Additional activity tracking is planned to expand visibility into fund-level and operational behavior, including order and trade-related events per-member and transfers into or out of the subaccount.
These features will make it easier to evaluate how configuration changes and access controls translate into actual trading and fund usage over time, providing a more complete picture of subaccount behavior.
